Rescue action in full swing
By Danie Langner
Poverty among Afrikaners is taking on alarming proportions. According to Prof. Flip Smit, demographer, approximately 600 000 Afrikaners have fallen into poverty. The conditions in which children and elderly people live are getting worse by the day. The social system has also deteriorated to the extent that, in spite of President Zuma’s visit to a white squatter camp and the South African Social Security Agency’s (Sassa) promises, impoverished Afrikaners do not have adequate access to social welfare.
Sassa notified Solidarity Helping Hand this week that its funds are depleted and that it will only be able to consider applications for social grants as of April. If we depended only on the state to provide relief to impoverished Afrikaners, there would have been no hope left and no prospect of ever finding solutions. The power of the community to reach out to the poor must not be underestimated. Donations received from Afrikaners enable Helping Hand to give shape to a rescue action that involves the following: Read more.

As an American I only became aware of this because I was interested in krugerrands, that lead me to look up who Kruger was. And that lead me to current events, to be honest I was shocked! See we have no clue what’s going on there. But people need to be made aware the Afrikaners should write to any influential person they can show the world. that’s the only way to save your people. I will defiantly donate and tell whoever I know about what’s happening.

Hi Daniel,
Thank you for your response to the article.
It is indeed a tragedy and information that the influential media houses are actively ignoring. One can only speculate as to the the reason why they prefer to maintain a ‘black-out’.
Today I discovered that the media ignored the fact that the president of this country, Jacob Zuma (and current head of the UN security council) sang a hate speech song, inciting genocide against my people, the Afrikaners Boer Nation.(http://allafrica.com/stories/201201110148.html)
Please help us to spread the information that all isn’t well in the new South Africa.
We desperately need your support.

To whom it may concern
When Julius Malema incited crowds to sing ‘Kill the Boers’ recently, he drew some unintended international attention to a slow genocide that was already occurring.
Thousands of Boer farmers and their families have been murdered since 1996. Many farms lie abandoned and whilst this is not Zimbabwe, the number of deaths is higher now. 20% of the Boer/Afrikaner population lives below the poverty line and often in squatter camps. There are over sixty such camps around Pretoria alone. The squatters are deprived of welfare and often lack basic amenities or utilities. They are subject to frequent violent crime and without an effective political lobby, they are the perfect victims.
Africa’s map on the Genocide Watch shows that it is a continent where minorities are most at risk in the world. In fact, the Boers are now on the Genocide Watch Organisation which is based in Europe. Starvation is the latest weapon being used against them, not for the first time. The British put them in concentration camps during the Boer War when their farms stood in the way of the grab for gold and diamonds.
I urge readers to Google ‘Farm murder in South Africa’, ‘Boer Genocide’ or ‘Poor Whites in South Africa’ in order to gain further insight into the plight of these people and speak out before we have another Stalin’s Ukraine, Ruwanda, Armenian or Irish man-made starvation on our hands and Julius Malema’s message is fulfilled.

its a shame that whites have to live like this – and the unemployment rate souring and the brain drain – I am sure some the whites living on the bread line are more qualified than some of the black people employed – its not about the skin colour but who fits the job – and get the country back to where it was before – the other excuse is being OVER QUALIFIED – I thought this country is crying out for qualified people – and when they have one they say we can’t afford to pay you because you are OVERQUALIFIED it sounds like penny wise and pound foolish
